Here are two items for sale that i found which shows the ubiquitous 'mark down' sticker which seems to be synonomous with Sneak Peek...



A little hard to see but looks like the original price on the classic orange Toys R Us tag was scribbled out & 'a new lower price' is above it.




And here's the old KB Toys mark down sticker, like every toy there, it was marked up when new, then when marked down, it was actually lowered to the regular price that you'd find at every other store. So you really weren't getting anything on sale. -don't you feel cheated?
Looks like it was marked down a few times and from its shape, i suspect it was hanging on the shelf for a long time, till it was finally thrown out or some sorority sister pledge stole it for hazing week. Notice also the plastic tag on the back where the peg hole had been ripped by some snot-nosed lazy brat and a plastic tag was put on the back to give it a couple more weeks on the racks.
