Overview

'What is this website all about?' you may ask. In pretty much the whole ten years the 80's lasted, G.I. Joe dominated the toy market. By 1987 some people say the line was wearing out, which is the year that Sneak Peek was released. Most of the G.I. Joes were alpha males but for some reason, despite what his file card said, he looked like a zeta male. He had horrible accessories, clothing and color scheme. With every wave of figures there's always one figure that sits on the racks and doesn't sell. For this wave it was Sneak Peek. You could always find him in the discount bins and with sale stickers on his package. His file card made him sound like a real winner so this toy won 'Toy of the Year' for blind kids since they had no idea what he actually looked like. Nobody wanted him and because of that it always seemed like you'd get him for a present that year because people would go to the store and he'd be the only one left or they'd buy him because he was on sale.
